The Craft Of Brewing Brewery & Brew On-Premise (TCOB) brews through committee. Our philosophy is to grow our brewery through the community. We have no one head brewer. Every one of our employees is responsible for creating their own recipe(s) that we get government approval. We strongly encourage any homebrewers that want to get their recipes and skills recognized to come and brew with us for a chance to showcase their word on our tap wall.
TCOB is proud to have produced over 128 beers (the list keeps growing).
* All beers are available for distribution but lead times may vary for more seasonal styles.
