"Congrats on thinking outside the box and separating from the competition. The 'on-demand taps' or 'beer as a service' is awesome. I'm sure others out there have this concept but not around here (that I'm aware of). No line or wait for a bartender. Pour what you want from a tap when you want without the hassle of waiting for a bartender (i.e. taking the frozen yogurt concept to beer). Most importantly, pay only what you want -- no commitment to a full pint, unless wanted. Several taps ready, good selection and beer..."
