Description

SafAle BE-256 (formerly known as Abbaye) is defined by fast fermentation, very high attenuation, high alcohol (v/v) tolerance, and provides subtle aromas with a balanced profile. SafAle BE-256 is perfect for a wide range of beers including low alcohol session style beers to higher alcohol beers like Belgian Abbey styles and IPA’s.

Usage Rate: 50 to 80 g/hl in primary fermentation

Fermentation Temperature: 12-25°C (53.6-77°F) ideally 15-20°C (59-68°F)

Shelf Life: 0 g/l - based on apparent attenuation of 82%

Storage: Store in cool (< 10°C/50°F), dry conditions
