As we get started with our online storefront, we understand that there may be the occasional product that was purchased my mistake or that didn't meet your satisfaction. Our first priority is your shopping and home brewing experience.
1. For all returns, please contact us and return the item(s) within 30 days. All returns must be brought back to the brewery in Ashburn for refunds or exchanges.
2. Please have your receipt and ensure that items are unopened.
3. If any product was defective for some reason please contact us and we can see what we can do. We cannot guarantee the how your final product tastes or ferments.
