Commonly Asked Questions
Can I drink at your establishment
Of course you can! While people may know us more for our Brew on Premise, we have a large taproom with an ever increasing and rotating set of taps. Enjoy from a selection of 20 beers on our self-service tap wall where you pay by the ounce or drink flights or pints from our more traditional bar with 14 taps available.
Do you serve food?
Yes! We now have a limited food menu with basic bar and finger foods. Check out our tasty treats here.
Can i bring my dogs to the brewery?
Pets are allow in the Back and Patio areas only.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets in the brewery and main tasting room in order to maintain our license and comply with Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) regulations. The only exception will be with service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do NOT qualify as service animals under the ADA.
On rare occasion if we have a special event and allow dogs in the tasting room it will require us to shut down all manufacturing (our own and the BOP).

DRY HOPPING (~15-25 MIN): IF YOUR BEER REQUIRES DRY HOPPING (ADDING ADDITIONAL FLAVORINGS LIKE HOPS OR FRUIT PUREES, ETC.)
BOTTLING (OR KEGGING): AFTER THE FERMENTATION PROCESS IS COMPLETE, COME IN TO BOTTLE YOUR BEER AT YOUR SCHEDULED BOTTLING APPOINTMENT. BOTTLING IS A 2-HOUR PROCESS.

YOU CAN ALSO PLACE THE BEER INTO GROWLERS, BUT WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AS IT HAS A VERY HIGH PROBABILITY OF OXIDIZING AND LOSING CARBONATION.
